How do I place a specific or custom order of a firearm that is a brand other than EGW?

Reach out to customer service at info@easterngunworks.com and provide specific product SKU or description. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
Can I return or exchange a firearm?

No, accessories and apparel can only be returned. Accessories need to be in original packaging, and apparel needs to be unused. Please see our Shipping & Returns section for more information.
