SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We only ship within the US, no International shipping.
Stock items can ship immediately with a lead time of about 2-5 weeks.
For custom orders shipment details will be provided when the order is completed.
We are not able to do exchanges.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and a secure location. Eastern Gun Works is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered.

*Shipping & handling, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded not including potential restocking fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

EGW will only accept returns for accessories and apparel, NOT firearms.

Any accessory or apparel, if unused / unopened / defective, may be returned within 30 days from the order date (20% Restocking Fee May Apply). If the part is unused and/or unopened, you may return it within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund minus 3% CC Fees & packaging unless the error was on EGW.

*No refunds will be issued if the product is returned after 30 days when it was received.

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to products returned beyond the 30-day window from the "ship date to customer." Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.

Unless the return is a result of EGW order processing error, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping charges.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

All new products manufactured by Eastern Gun Works are covered by a Lifetime Warranty to the original customer.

All new products not manufactured by Eastern Gun Works will be covered by that respective manufacturer's warranty.

Returns made for warranty will receive a replacement of the product, there are no cash refunds.
